The modern Air Raid is, for the most part, associated with Mike Leach, due to his extensive coaching tree. Yet it's foremost pioneer, Hal Mumme, has faded into relative obscurity.
I'd like to hear your theories, ideas, observations etc.., as to why Mumme has failed to have any sustained success with the system he essentially invented yet so many others, and foremost of all Leach, have been able to run it so successfully?
