Kudos to Texas Tech for all that program has been through over the years. Great job of staying in the hunt through multiple coaching changes. They replaced Beard with his top assistant, JUCO coaching legend Mark Adams, and didn't miss a beat. Then when the scandal with Adams (now back with Beard at Ole Miss) happened, they replaced him with Grant McCasland. I doubt they are big enough to beat the Gators, but I wouldn't mind seeing them get a NC. They paid their dues with the loss to UVA in the 2019 championship game.
