Tubby has them at 3-1, with the only loss to #16 Utah. They have beaten Mississippi State, and Minnesota (by 13). Tubby had to enjoy the win over MN.

The problem for the Tubster will be the Big XII. He has sucked bigtime in there so far. 9-27 in two years.
I'm glad he feels appreciated in Lubbock, where there is ZERO pressure to win.
He's gotten another payday that is guaranteed through 2018-19. I am sure they signed him that long so they could show recruits he's going to be around. How's his recruiting rankings been lately?

I watched the end of the Miss State game. Newman had a chance to tie it at the end and missed a layup. I wish Tubby well except if they play us.
I would think he has a TON more local talent in Texas than Ky or Minn. , that alone should help him immensely , with his recruiting style .
What's Tubby's recruiting style? Stamped letters and wireline calls? Can you see Tubby texting recruits?

Whatever has happened in the past, here we are on top of the mountain so to speak....loaded yet again to the gills with 5 star studs lining up to be next....so why not just leave tubby, rick and billy clyde...heck even eddie and joe b alone and let them be cat fans and enjoy the ride with us.
