Teams you enjoy seeing lose?

I am a college basketball fan but mainly only the Kentucky games really hold my interest. Sometimes I will watch other games not caring about who wins but hoping for certain teams to lose:
This year my order for the top 6 is Duke (every year number 1); UL (every year number 2), this year 3 is LSU, 4 is Gonzaga, 5 is North Carolina, and 6 is Memphis.

What is your top 6?
 
Duke even though a loss usually raises them in the polls, UL,UNC and Kansas. In no particular order.
The fans meltdown and get stupid.... Just like we do. I guess that shows the passion. Indiana has lost enough over the years that it doesn't even really matter with them, still enjoy them losing though.

Can't wait to see the easy path Duke gets in the tournament this year. Still pissed the way our region was stacked and overall #1.
 
Duke and Louisville have to be 1 and 1a. Long list of Kansas, Syracuse, UNC, Tennessee, IU, Notre Dame, UConn, Arkansas, any team coached by Huggins, and last but not least Georgetown.

Mainly because I deal with their fans on a daily basis.

UNC, Duke, UL, IU, Vandy, UT.

I don't get the KU obsession on this board so do not really care about them. I also do not care about UCLA...funny how irelevanat they have become since their great run in the 60s-mid70s for the most part.

ku fans are just as bad as ul or iu fans imo. That's why.

I live in TN...never am around any KU fans. I look at KU as UL minus being an instate rival. Both have a paltry 3 titles, and UK embarrasses both in basketball the vast majority of the time we play them.

I'm not around ku fans either. But the ones on message boards are just as bad as ul or iu.
 
Any team not named the Kentucky Wildcats. :smiley:

UL, UL, UL, Duke, UCONN, Arizona, UNC, IU, Kansas, everyone else...

unc** - they cheated, for years, period
KU - Unlike many, I really don't have a problem with Kansas. Couple of their fans who post here are PITAs, but a couple of others are pretty cool. It's mostly because they're closest to us in overall wins
Duke - again, a couple of really good fans post here - but overall, because of the media slurpage, I do enjoy their losses
IU - definitely, but I do want them to win enough to keep Clappy

Usually, though- other than our Cats, if they are a ranked team, I want them to lose. Just because it's fun

i hate louisville, pitino, their fans, but i guess i kind of enjoy hating them. duke and carolina make me sick to my stomach

beyond that i like to see kansas and michigan state go out of the tournament even though i respect them
 
I'll go the other way. My 4 favorite teams are UK, and whoever is playing Duke, UL, and NC. If any of the latter three are playing each other, I root for the refs.

UNC...UNC...UNC I don't enjoy them LOSE as much as I HATE seeing them win.
 
Add GTown to the mix. Yeah I know, they're pretty irrelevant anymore these days. But still, screw'em.

PS - Good call on Cuse, forgot about them. Love seeing them choke every March.

It's different from year to year

This year it's:

1. Louisville
2. UNC
3. Mich State
4. Duke
5. Kansas

Indiana used to be here but they are somewhat of an afterthought anymore.

Going to say Duke - far and away - above all else. They've touted pseudoelitism for so long, plus the media ensures they aren't admired. Plus I enjoy seeing the media being disappointed by it too. Any other team? Meh - indifferent . . . maybe UConn because they have our number - the W/L record is what it is as of the last several years. Still, I'm relatively indifferent either way, just as long as Duke gets brought back to reality once in a while to balance the cosmos. :fistbump::thumbsdown::smiley::victory:
