That's what we will be. We know Ulis is a tough kid, Briscoe is a trash talker, and Murray isn't a Briscoe-type talker, but he is not a shrinking violet. He has a swagger on the court. Add Poythress in there and we are not going to get pushed around on the court that's for sure.

We don't have the depth of last year ( though we have 9-10 guys who can really play) but this team is more talented as only Towns was in the Skal , Briscoe and Murray league ( Future NBA starters and possible stars) IMO . Andrew , Lyles , WCS ect were more in the Ulis and Poythress area ( future good NBAers)

I want them to be Team "Chip on their shoulder". Worried they'll get beat unless they improve every game. Letting down even a second will get them run off the court. Thinking that 110% by every single player is their only chance to win.

If they have that attitude, they'll have plenty of reason to swagger at the end of the season.

I am somewhat worried about rebounding. This will be Caliparis smallest team while at UK. I expect great guard play but IMO the Cats. are a tad short inside. Depth inside could be a real worry.

After the Notre Dame game, I'll take any size of players as long as they play hard and scrap for rebounds.

As long as Skal, Lee and Poy stay healthy we will be fine. An injury to any one of them and we are in trouble under the basket.

Rebounding is a reasonable concern. I will say I have seen some very quick teams that are fundamentally sound which are very capable rebounding teams. Our teams the last few years, though mostly outstanding rebounders, did take themselves out of position by going after blocks. Not that they had poor technique, its just a tradeoff, the block versus position on the board. This team "may" not be so focused on shot blocking and stay home on the boards.

So far as depth, I think we have plenty. While we may not have a first round draft pick ready on the bench at every spot, we have far more on the pine than the vast majority of teams we'll face. 2015 spoiled us all, I think.

You just never know for sure till they take the floor.
