That being said, we are desperate for a strong interior presence and I see no reason why we can't give this guy a chance.

Exactly, he may not put many points on the board, but he may serve as a enforcer and bring a little attitude.

Early on it may have been too soon to see what Wynard offered. However, now he has had plenty of time to get in shape and learn the system.
I believe he could provide us with a boost in the post. Not sure if Cal has been reluctant to play Tai because it may force Skal out more or damage his (Skal's) psyche beyond repair. At this point, Tai's production can't be much worse. Not buying he practices that poorly. But i'm not Cal and I trust his plan.

Our entire front line is a bad match up for our team, change something imo.
