Tai Wynyard responsible for the No. 1 play of the FIBA 3×3 season.

I'd love to see what happened if we had him in there as a strong defensive presence. With three guards, we could protect against three point shots and, who knows, maybe he'd protect the paint.

He give you an instant post player who can score. Don't we have guards to give him the ball?

I really think, when he plays UK becomes a team that can win it all.

Those two 3 pointers were easily the 2 best of the 10.

That being said, we are desperate for a strong interior presence and I see no reason why we can't give this guy a chance.

Cal made the comment that he was scrimmaging in practice again to see if the new guys can show something more then the guys playing but are not producing. This is a big chance for some of them.

Early on it may have been too soon to see what Wynard offered. However, now he has had plenty of time to get in shape and learn the system.
I believe he could provide us with a boost in the post. Not sure if Cal has been reluctant to play Tai because it may force Skal out more or damage his (Skal's) psyche beyond repair. At this point, Tai's production can't be much worse. Not buying he practices that poorly. But i'm not Cal and I trust his plan.

If he is protecting his psyche, is that helping this team ? I don't think it is.

He'll probably get in once he gets in game shape. Doubt he'll see clock at Arkansas. Bad matchup.
