It was definitely the right move. Bowles got some PT today. I saw him out a few times.
Heard Cox on KSR after the game. Future in broadcasting one day. Sounded like a natural.
Some credit may also be due to Flax and Ford, who together have elevated our line play at the RT, giving coaches more freedom of movement at the guard spot.
Flax has been damn good....I was not expecting to see him play this well. Great job Yenser!

The BBW played like somebody smacked they mama. Absolutely dominating performance.
Burton moves well for a big man. Saw him get to a defender very quickly on one of Davis' runs and he made an aggressive key block on that play. Saw Flax level a defender on one play, took him all the way down on his back. And pretty neat seeing E Cox pulling and Ray pushing Davis in the endzone on the sideline. Just a lot of good stuff from the OL that can't even be mentioned here. It will be interesting to see Saturday if they will play with that kind of intensity two weeks in a row against top competion.
The Big Blue Wall has now demonstrated what they are capable of. They left nothing to doubt. Completely dominated an elite SEC D-Line.
Getting depth now which is crucial because it allows people to rotate in and out to keep everyone fresh. It looks like the oline has finally learned to mesh together. Lots of new moving parts and they had never played together. It was always a talented line. Getting Horaey back is HUGE. Big guy will basicly be fresh and new to play essentially a 7 game season. Now fix the drops and Learys erratic throws and we will be cooking with grease. All of the little problems are fixable. Talent can fix problems. And the running game will only help Leary. He just has to calm down and let it fly. Defenses have to put people in the box to contain Davis, that will open up the 3 amigos with some deep plays.
