LOL - so true - Dude is slow and out of position often so he fouls and grabs on most every possession... wish it would get called - but when you are fast enough to make 4 steps look like 2....

No downside to the individual. You should enter the draft if you have any hopes of playing in the league. The scouts will tell you what you need to work on. So, perhaps you work on it and come back the following year with an improved draft status.
