Just giving you guys a coverage note. From June 10-14 we will have five consecutive days of live camp coverage from Commonwealth Stadium and practice areas. I will be covering the first four days and Derek will cover the fifth.

Schedule is as follows:

Saturday Night Prime Time Camp: June 10

Sunday Night Showcase Camp: June 11

Wildcat One-Day Camps: June 12-14

Wildcat Junior High Camps run on the same days (June 12-14).

As I've said in the past, it can be difficult to tell who's who, but I will be doing a lot of research beforehand and should know enough of the people taking kids to Lexington that I can connect with them at the camps. Will not be able to take/post pictures or video but will be posting observations (e.g. who coaches seem focused on, what coaches are saying to guys, who's winning one-on-ones, who looks good, who doesn't look so good, if it's clear that any offers/commitments have happened, etc). Hope to post live updates as it happens but will be focused mostly on taking notes for nightly/daily Camp Notebook features that include scouting notes, risers/fallers and any chatter I've heard.

I will also be covering Kentucky's camps in July and will be posting live notes and notebooks here.

Friday Night Lights Camp: July 14

High School 7-on-7 Passing Camp: July 15

Offensive/Defensive Lineman Camp: July 15

If you are going to be in or around Lexington and you love football recruiting, especially if you've never been to these camps, I would recommend making it out to at least one because it's a fun thing to watch. Billion things going on so a bird's eye view is really impossible even if you've got a team of people swarming all the stations and fields, but you can let your eyes wander to where the coaches are, who they're talking to and zero in one any live action and find some stuff stuff to watch. If you do that I'd encourage you to chime in with your own thoughts.

This is town the road, just letting you know that we do plan to knock that coverage out of the park because with a class that figures to be in the 26-28 range, it's going to be a crazy summer.

If you do plan to show up, come up and introduce yourself (user name not required if you're a sociopath in character on here). Always enjoy meeting new members. Met several of you in Jacksonville and before that at last year's summer camps.
