I’m a hybrid so it’s half online and half on campus, but I have to drive a long distance to get there. My dream was UK and I’m lucky I found a way to make it happen.

Well I was a D1 athlete. Anyone else here lay claim to that?

My best sport was football. Hard to handle on the defensive line. In basketball you leave me anywhere near open and that’s that. Still play time to time in tournaments in Memphis. A few years back our team that goes down there practiced against some guys on the UT-Martin basketball team, and they had a guy in his 30’s that played at Troy. We lost 140 something to 110. Kept it close most of the game. We just didn’t have anyone to cover their 6’8 beast on the boards. I did pretty good against him I’d say.

I really don’t think there’s anyone here who could take me honestly. I guess it’s possible, but in baseball there’s no way. Played too long.
