So he’s basically saying he doesn’t trust his team to go back out there the next time and do things better. Wow! I’m sure that doesn’t negatively affect the guys at all (eyes rolling).
Chickenshit. I’m not the least bit surprised, though. It’s obvious that he’s terrified to actually open up an offense. A mindset like that will never win anything of significance. Probably doesn’t do much for players’ confidence, either. Still, it’s kinda hard to believe he’d admit it, publicly. Even though he shows it on the field every week.
I’m serious he’s taken this program as far as he can - he needs to go rebuild somebody else. He doesn’t have the balls to be a Champion - He’s done a nice job here but it will take a Coach like Heupel to get to next level
He didn't just throw one interception. He threw three or four more right to the defense they fortunately dropped.
I agree we still should've tried more but that was clearly wills worst game here and it came at the worst time
When Robinson dropped that pass the commentator made the comment that it was a very difficult situation for that Tennessee defender to try and cover our slot man and UK would certainly try to exploit that matchup more . I don’t recall us running it again the rest of the game.
It was open all night - slot receiver had free run and tried one time to exploit it drop a pass never go back ton again

He certainly never seems to stray from running up the middle for 2 yards total on first and second downs. It never works and yet every drive, we do the same damn thing.
I dig stoops and what he’s done here. But I agree with that assessment.
I don't know why he didn't tell the truth:

The line play is criminal. We can't run block (job 1 for an OL) and with pass blocking.....we've reduced Levis from pre-season Superman-to-a shell-shocked soldier scrambling around during an artillery barrage.
I don't know how we sell UK to prospective QB recruits after this season:
"Come to UK and get put out of football!"
Better be ready to shake up that staff Coach!
