Totally agree. We are too damn conservative. Stoops should have accepted the holding call and pushed Ole Miss out of FG range. Would they have got back in FG range on 3rd and 33 ? Probably, but you have to take those 10 Fin extra yards and push them out of FG range! Then get the oc to feed them them the ball!!
I have no problem with that decision considering the wind conditions. It was a 50/50 call to me . No blame one way or the other to me .Totally agree. We are too damn conservative. Ended up being the dif in the game as the Reb nailed a 52 yarder.
I like Stoops but that decision could haunt UK for a long time.
I agree on declining the penalty. I fully support CMS but don't understand his thinking in that situation. Accepting the penalty would have definitely put MS outside FG range and I would have made them earn the yardage on 3rd down to get a FG try, especially in a one score game with the way our defense was playing.Totally agree. Love how they never talked about that on KSR. Wouldn’t want to question Stoops decision making.I agree on declining the penalty. On the sideline where we were sitting. 5 yds further I don't think he makes it.I have no problem with that decision considering the wind conditions. It was a 50/50 call to me . No blame one way or the other to me .
I’m just asking if you were a recruit, why would you ever come to Kentucky to play wide receiver, with this boring offenseTotally agree. We are too damn conservative. Yes. It seems to be scuttlebutt around town those guys are going to be looking elsewhere. Not because they don’t play a ton or whatever but that they aren’t really getting developmental reps and the offensive stagnation the program sort of stays in even with the improvement in skill players.Stoops definatly recruiting DC and CL to stay with the team and not enter the portal.
This is a legitimate question, I'm not trolling, and I can't find a fast answer on Google. How many WRS in Heupel's system have been drafted to the NFL? How many are succeeding?I’m just asking if you were a recruit, why would you ever come to Kentucky to play wide receiver, with this boring offense
Hell I would go to the Vols….. forget all the bias and prejudice. It’s not a gimmick Heupel has done this everywhere, Missouri, UCF and now, Tennessee. You can hate them with all your fiber, but they sure are fun to watch on offense.
They are once again killing us in recruiting
