Such a beautiful state, and they have the worst logo in the SEC. Looks like pigeon droppings, like a splatter.

Such a cool state flag, the palm tree and moon, and Columbia is a dump. The capital of SC should be Charleston or Greenville.

One more thing, the facilities are great. The basketball arena is beautiful. The football stadium is so loud. And both sports suck so bad i dont think they'll ever be relevant. When you get that low, with zero history, you dont come back.

If you're a USC fan, i welcome you with open arms. You're going to be miserable in both sports for a very long time....unless you're into womens basketball.

Not to mention they have a clown snake oil salesman for a coach and a QB that everyone seems to still go by his high school ranking over results (or lack there of) when talking about him. Will never be too worried about them unless something changes, which I hope it doesn’t. Their demise has been a major catalyst for UKs rise in the East’s pecking order (pun intended)

SEC should have taken Clemson in the 90s instead of USC. Clemson fits culturally. USC/Columbia is essentially UL/Louisville and their fan bases are equally ignorant and obnoxious

Not certain,but I think Beamer was there when he got the SCar job. He was on UGA's staff for a couple years and went to OU as their TE coach. So the OU kids hitting the portal already had the connection.

He had a reputation of not being very coachable at OU. When we got close to him more than once he panicked and just wanted the ball out of his hand, at least that was how it appeared

When he was ineffective at OU in his 2nd season with the significant talent advantage they typically have over 9+ of their opponents, that told me something. Don't know whether it's mental or doesn't have the arm to make all the throws or what. But, I wasn't terribly enthused about him at OU and thought USCjr fans were expecting way better QB play than he was capable of producing. He may yet get it together but the 'Cocks are lacking in a lot of areas, not just QB. It will be a good year to finish better than .500, imo.
