Anytime we beat Steve Spurrier it's a big deal to me. I don't care if he's coaching the Kentucky school for bus drivers I want to be him and I enjoy it and celebrate afterwards. However though South Carolina is god awful lol
Yeah I'm not so sure about that win being quality anymore. However it was an SEC win on the road. I think South Carolina will comeback and win but they will most likely only win five games. They may be looking for basketball already along with Louisville.
The SC win is probably going to look slightly better than a win against Vandy by season's end. That said, both are SEC road wins and winning 2 of those is good considering how long it has been since we won a road game before this year in the SEC.
Who cares about what USC is doing.... It's what UK done against Florida...If you want to see how good that UK looked against a really good team, look at that game....
I don't have to look how good another team is, to know how good UK is....
UK looks professional in their sets on both offense and defense.... Now, it's up to our talent to grow with the coaching....

Don't think he was counting a win against Vandy, just speaking hypothetically on what two SEC road wins for UK would mean.

South Carolina doesn't look so good but on the UK schedule it says W after their name.If we get enough of those(W's) we get to a bowl and continue to build on where we are.
UK is going to beat Vandy. It amazes me that a UL fan would be dumb enough to even be posting on this forum still as much as you have embarrassed the state in football already this year. Sadly it won't get much better beyond that in other sports.
I think we see now why we beat SC at SC. SC is awful. We are not that good or we would have beaten Florida at home.

Watch UF go 4-0 after today. They are better than most people have given them credit for. And with a young offense, will get better as the season goes along.

That SCAR is or isn't awful isn't UK's fault. What UK has to do is win the game that's on their schedule and that's what they did the week they played them.
South Carolina is winning now so oh well lol. Your theory doesn't hold water . Lsu was winning by 4 at Syracuse until about 10 mins ago that doesn't mean anything. Ohio St was also losing at home a week or so ago to NIU. Teams get ugly wins all the time. A win is a win.
this game is more of a reflection of thier psyche, not talent level. they just lost to UK at home and got boat raced against UGA on the road. they just weren't mentally ready UCF. still a much better team and will win the game
I don't like calling others out but I don't think you are a uk fan and others seem to think so too. I am in general a pessimistic person but you make me look optimistic.
Is UF "really good" team? UF is unranked, we failed to score a TD, and we lost to them at home. Not a great bellwether for the Cats.
Again, close losses to former SEC powers are NOT WINS. They're an indication of nothing except that we lost a game we could have won.
Let's close the deal this week against ranked and 2-time East Division Champ Missouri....then we will have something to measure ourselves against. GBB!
Nothing I've seen this season makes me think FL will beat UT today. I hope you are right.
Who cares how good SC is. I'm more worried about how good we are. We already have SC listed as a win. We need to win as many games as possible and not worry about it being an ugly win or pretty. It doesn't matter as long as its a win. The shape our program was in when Stoops took over, looking good and talented during every game will take longer than thought. When we get the talent to have depth all over the football field, we can then worry about how our wins look. To me, no win is ugly. I'll take 5 Ugly wins over 5 Beautiful losses.
South Carolina wins their game pretty handily, UT is currently smokin Florida, we need to learn you must watch and play the ENTIRE game. Something the Cats need to learn to do, not just part of the game !!
Iy has no bearing on our win because we are at the stage where we just need Ws period. However I said when we beat them that team would be lucky to win 5 games. Probably the worst team theole ball coach has ever had (with all his recruits).

Probably transferred to UL after he flunked out of another school.
I am a UK fan. Florida has a great D , a good QB and a great coach. They are a good team. We still should have beat them this season. I've been a UK fan probably longer than you've been alive.
