Terrible choice to go to KU, Diallo should have paid attention his choice of schools. It has been topic on Sirrius by BB people and analysts that he the KU offense is not a fit, it is not at all. Probably should be running pick and roll and throwing alley oops to the kid and let him alter and block shots on D. The high post offense and motion is not for him. KU fans can say what they want but not a fit in this offense. Bragg is who he is, That is why Cal and co. moved on from him from Mid August and turned attention to someone else. Remember the Bragg comments that dream school in process was Kentucky and later in year he was saying UK had not spoken much etc...
Bill Self is a helluva coach but he is not a great guy to play for if you have early NBA aspirations or if you think he will tweak his program. Not going to happen.

Azubuike picks Kansas.... he'll be a good player for them in his junior year ..... you know under the bill self big man system.
I hope the kid finds success in his career but if KU and its fans are trying to say Alexander, Diallo, and Bragg can't grasp the system ..... Azubuike won't be able to either...

I don't expect much from him in year 1. Hopefully won't need it since I'm hoping Diallo and Bragg will both be back. I expect Bragg to be back but have my doubts on Diallo.
We've had some guys struggle recently, but are you not experiencing the same thing with Skal, Lee, Poy????

I've heard rumors that Bolden's parents prefer he go to Duke and he wants to go to UK. Not sure if there is any truth to them but I like our chances if that is truly the case.
Lee and Poy sat behind Randle, WCS, Karl Towns, Trey Lyles, Dakari Johnson Nerlens Noel, etc.
Skal is projected to go 9th overall in the draft.
And we've also had Cousins, Anthony Davis, Terrence Jones, etc. etc. all in the past 5 years to bolster the big man resume.

Yeah Lee and Poy had to sit behind those NBA players you mentioned, but they didn't have to compete with the likes of traylor and mickelson.
I believe the common thought is family wants Duke. AAU coaches and trainer want UK. High school was mentioned as pushing for KU because of PT. I believe Marques personally wants UK but PT was said to be a bit of a concern.
If Diallo can't get minutes away from junior traylor what makes anyone think Bolden will take them away from senior traylor?
The high school coach talk was from back in November. Haven't seen the high school coach mentioned much.
Also Traylor is a senior. Lucas is the one who should have been typed.

Seen the kid play a couple of weeks ago. If he wasn't sick he sure is out of shape. But if he gets in shape he will be a terrific player! I am speaking about Azibiukie sp?

Recent comments from the Duke insiders on their 247 board seem to indicate they now feel better about Duke's chances with Bolden.
All i'll say is he has to be the biggest idiot on the planet to put his future in Self and KU hands..Did he not notice Alexander,Bragg,Diallo be busts at KU
I'd avoid KU if I was OAD. But KU has been good to multi-year bigs. Udoka is a multi-year big.
KU hasnt been too kind to Perry Ellis.... all he got playing for KU is a receding hair line and PTSD from playing UK last year.
3 year starter. He had the receding hairline before he got to Lawrence. Not Self's fault he has no NBA measurables or athleticism.
If he had gone to UK he would have been a bench warmer until his senior year.
With the commitment of Azubuike to Kansas, how does this change Jarrett Allen's recruitment? I know that he was considered a Kansas lean earlier.
