First miss st and now this. At least miss st did it from the outside, but these guys are getting layup after layup.

Our guards are not defending well today. Our bigs are much better today. Again, the other team is in peak form.

* Ole Miss.

And they spent all break working on the offense primarily...and it shows on D.

I am not sure the work did anything for our offense though, other than maybe making more 3's. Our big guys cannot hit layups, or lose the ball or get it blocked going to the rim...my God, our only offense right now is taking open 3's.

A&M is pulling our bigs out of the lane and then driving hard to the goal. It is working. Our bigs need to hedge on the screens better.

It's like our fast-twitch muscles are still on holiday! Defense isn't reacting like we did in November-December.

our bigs are better today? wow!
What I was thinking. Our bigs do not look good on D today either.

absolutely no defensive intensity since the break. Maybe cal shouldn't have started focusing on what the players would like to improve on individually on offense. He obviously knows a lot more than me, but something certainly changed.

Bigs fade away one every shot. We are so much bigger than these guys, yet they are taking our guys to the woodshed. Will someone please take it strong!!!!

the question will be the same as Ole Miss - can A&M keep playing wide open without tiring out?

I have a feeling that every SEC game is going to be a battle. Coaching staff have their hands full.

Well, that's a problem. Most teams we are going to face from here on out aren't top-25 competition. Are we going to get our butts kicked for the rest of the season? If so, so much for a 1 seed.

I think going away from platooning has hurt on defense. Guys are playing longer minutes and that will no doubt take a toll on the defense end. It also doesn't help that it seems evey SEC team will be playing the games of their lives against us.

Our bigs look like crap. How can anyone think they are looking better? They are playing soft and getting beat every play. I've not seen them look any worse this year.
