UK is good! Defense is top flight. Best infield in college ... might be the best defensive team period. They are fun to watch and they have so much fun playing. All smiles even in this tense extra inning game. Abby Cheek in the running for the best player in the country. Young pitching coming together. If Alabama is currently #3 UK is #2.
Rachael Lawson needs to school Ming on how to build a SEC program ,with consistency! She’s been very competitive,most every year.

Rachel Lawson is legit. Has really built a great program. I was very impressed with our team yesterday, never looked nervous and it never seemed like the moment was too big for them even when Bama and their crowd made a run.

Looked like a CWS team...1 inning cost them a sweep. Still wish Fouts was a CAT even though she took both loses I think.
Cheeks is special. Rocket arm in addition to big hitting. Leads in BA. 5th in HRs.
Haven't rewatched the entire game, but I think they intentionally walked her the last 3 times she batted, but the last one cost them the game.

Taking 2 of 3 in a very hostile enviroment, with almost 4,000 there Saturday night, and near that number on Friday night and Sunday.
Softball is fun to watch. Of course it helps a lot that we have a really good team. The field is compact, easy to follow all the action, the game moves fast, most games are over in about 2 hours. Baseball can be painful to watch when your team is not very good.
