If all reports stand true and all appeals denied, then UL's future looks good.
Probation (4YRS) , stay clean, nothing happens.
5 game suspension for RP, no big deal.
Loss of scholarships..how many..no big deal..not everyone uses 13.
No post season ban.........

The past
$5000 fine......DUH
Give back tournament monies..OUCH.. could hurt.
Banners come down....titles vacated......may affect the pride
but fans and players will always say "we won"

Only real penalty that I see is the yet to be determined $'s returned
from tournament games. Foundation $'s covers that,Right?

Sounds heavy but really lite..Not worth fighting, is it?

It's not four per year. It's four over the four-year probation period. And they can use them in any year. So it really doesn't hurt them much.

If true, we could see transfers and/or committed
recruits asking to be released. Really, I think
with UL players/recruits, the only concern is
post season ban. Escaping that, I don't
see much damage.

Source of lost pride for UL, but not a NCAA issue.
Unless Jurich and Pitino are so involved that they
get fired or worse, I see most recruits not caring.
