The only solution is to move the arc farther out. You can tweak the rules all you want but it won’t matter because they won’t call it correctly.

I think this is a big improvement.

And no, basketball should not be football allowing the players to just plow over anyone between them and the basket. Use some real skills and play real offense.

Start firing officials. It's the only way. Rules were fine two or three iterations ago. They repeatedly change the rules to get flops and charges out of the game but the glory hound officials still constantly call charges.

Official accountability is the only answer, same as it ever was.
