I know that Auburn will be up for the game tomorrow (what team isn't against UK?)...but, given that we hear that several of the players like the road games....will the CATS win this game early and coast?

We should be a bad match-up for Auburn, but you just don't know if this bunch will show up ready to play. We may play well for a while then decide to quit before the game is over. Ulis and Briscoe will play hard, I wish Cal could find 3 other guys to play hard along with them for a whole game.

If Alex and Marcus lay an egg and not show up. Then this team can LOSE to anyone. Not a fan of Alex. A beast for one game and then disappear the next 3 games. I don't get it. He is a player on my all UK Frustration Team.
1. Alex POY- see comments above
2. Darius Miller. Also like Alex but had a great Senior season
3. WCS- played like a beast at times and then he starts chasing butterflies on the court.
4. Patrick Patterson played great 1 haft in games and then disappear in the other haft
5. Josh Carrier: the all time greatest practice player in UK history. Never show in games.

Auburn has lost 2 of there better players in Dunans and Shamid-Deen. Dunans was averaging 15ppg and 40% from 3 and Shamid-Deen was there playmaker and leader on the court. They do have Canty a transfer from Marshall last year he averages 18pg. and they have Bowers and Granger from last year and another transfer in Tyler Harris at Forward avg is 14ppg. If Poythress and Lee can play like they did at Bama and Briscoe continues to hit mid-range jumper and shoot 13/19 for 68% and avg. 14ppg in last 2 games to go with Ulis/Murray will we should be fine tomorrow. Also, this should be another game that Skal should continue to improve.

Pearl is the best motivator I've seen. Unless we have a team like last years, always worry.

I know this sounds like a broken record but Alex needs to show up like he did against Bama. I'm not a fan who throws players under the bus, but I can't figure Alex out where he shows up 1 game and not the next. It's mind boggling to me. Alex is the key to today's game....I say he shows up today with 15+ and The Cats Win. GO CATS!

It's an SEC road game against a a team with a good backcourt and a capable coach who hates Calipari. It is not a gimme.

I would hope this team would expect a tough game from every team they play. UCLA & OhSt. should've been the wake up call. I got the feeling they thought they were gonna waltz* in, get a W and head back home. The other loss against LSU, IMO they got caught up in the Ben Simmons hype and forgot about everyone else. They better bring it every game...

there is not a team on our schedule that I feel comfortable about us winning. I have a very short fuse with Cal and this bunch. It has really gotten to the point if I miss a game so what. I haven't missed one yet tho.

This should be an easy win because Auburn is a bad team. Missouri spanked them by 15, and Missouri is terrible. But, we never know who is going to show up for us from game to game so who knows. If we can't beat Auburn, we won't go very far in March.

If you feel that way, you're obviously on the wrong site. Auburn's record is 5-8 and their coach is fresh off the worst penalty the ncaa can impose on a coach for cheating.
I am not a of Bruce Pearle, but what did they get him for ?? if it was the BBQ thing then the tards and uncheats should never be allowed to have a program.

This team has only played 2 decent games away from Rupp all year. I think we will win, but I hope we play closer to our best than we have in most road or neutral games.

It's Auburn and they are without one of their starting guards who can shoot lights out. Also it's the smallest arena in the SEC, so it's not that tough of a road environment. If UK can't win this game then there are serious problems. This is arguably the easiest road game in the conference.

Supposedly Coach Cal cannot stand Pearl. Heard this on KSR. Look for Cal to chew some ass today if players are goofing around.

if poy doesn't show, if lee gets in early foul and canty pulls a moody (ole miss) it might be close for a half or so. expect a win but the arena will be fired up. guard the 3, play smart, no t's, and we don't fade after getting a big lead we will be alright. gbb

Pearl is the only person im worried about... I dunno what his game plan is but lets hope our guys stay focused and attack that basket!
