SGA and the Thunder take down the mighty Boston Celtics.

He’s probably the most consistent star in the league right now.

What i’m really looking forward to is seeing Jamal Murray/SGA backcourt at the olympics this summer. That’s going to be a lot of fun if it happens. And i think it will. Seems like it’s important to both of them. I’m actually starting to like Dillon Brooks as well.

They have a smart GM who racked up 1000 first round picks too. They can trade for a win now veteran beast, or keep drafting talent too.

Scary to think how many draft picks Thunder have in the near future. They are gonna be deep.
They have 14 first round picks in the next four drafts, with 23 total picks total in the next four drafts.

They have the best of both worlds. They're spearheaded by a 1st team All-NBA guy who's only 25 years old. Then they've got Homlgren, who's averaging 18 ppg, 8rpg, 3apg, and 3bpg, and is only 21 years old.

Jalen Williams is giving them 18, 4, and 4, and is only 22 years old. Giddey's only 21 years old.

They're a legit 2nd round playoff threat right now, and that's before any trades or draft picks. What if they make the Western finals with what they already have? Talk about insanity. They're only 9th in salary cap as well, so they could potentially make a big move this summer.

They're absolutely going to be the most intriguing NBA team over the next three or four years.

I hope they keep their picks. They don't even need to make a trade right now. Just test the playoffs, see what you're overall lacking, and then they can draft or make trades in the summer. There's no reason to take on a bad contract. If they can pull someone like Karl Towns (who ironically might be untradeable right now), then it might be worth looking into, but at present, they're sitting pretty as the second best team in the West at 23-9.

No doubt but Josh Giddy is in some legal hot water too. Not that he’s irreplaceable.

I mean he’s unreal. You can clearly see in retrospect how we were able to ride him to a sweet sixteen until losing to Kansas State.

I agree. Please don’t trade for one of these “superstars” that will take over your team and your front office.

Keep your picks, continue to make smart decisions and the Thunder will have built the blue print on how to rebuild.

They have a legit MVP candidate that is selfless (almost unheard of) in SGA. They have an incredibly talented rookie in Holmgren. They have selfless, young, very talented role players doing their part. Cason Wallace would have a much larger role on most other teams with his efficiency, but that shows how strong their bench is.

I agree. Don’t trade a single pick. They evaluate talent at a high level.

They will be a force in the next few years +

Pretty clear that, at least at this point, Chet >>> Wemby.

OKC pretty much just slotted Chet onto a team that was fighting for a play in spot last year and this year they are a legit title contender. With SGA running the show and those loads of picks, they are gonna be a big problem for awhile.
