I think the biggest loss would be JJ Weaver, but then I looked up his stats from the last two years:

2022 (9 games) - 4 TFL, 2 sacks, 3 hurries, 1 forced fumble
2021 (12 games) - 10 TFL, 6 sacks, 4 hurries, 1 forced fumble

...and that seems replacement level. Bud Dupree's senior year was 12.5, 7.5, 5 and 2 in 12 games.

Losing JJ would hurt....but i don't see a NFL player in the draft. My concern is he is leaving to hit portal which would be a wammy to UK and NIL sentiment IMO

Weaver's elbow injury really, really set him back. He'd benefit by coming back for another year if he has the time.

Think Stoops might have said there was five guys last year that went through senior day but came back.

What kind of NIL money would that production garner outside Lex? I guess Lville too but can’t think of others.

That and his knee a few years ago, I think? He's had some injuries not to mention losing his father., and being open about his mental health.
