Self Guided Bullet

Seems the US Military has developed a working self-guided bullet. I know a couple of people who could use one when deer hunting.

Maybe I'm missing it but this "new and improved" message board does not have a method of aliasing a URL like the "old outdated" one did.

If I'm just missing it would someone please give me some guidance?
