What’s the depth chart look like in the secondary right now?

CB - Valentine, hairston, reed
CB - Phillips, Huey, Stewart
S - Geiger, Hyatt, left off Lovett
S - Ajian, Dodson
NB - Williams

Fall enrollees Alex Afari (nickel?) and Kobi Albert (corner)?

I heard Dodson has been out all spring. I assume due to injury. We are really thin at CB and OLB.

The official updated 2022 spring roster on UKathletics.com still lists Drennan as a WR…although he started playing RB during the 2021 season
I have no idea where Drennen's playing, I'm just telling you this very site has him listed as a DB. Now where they got their info, I don't have a clue.

yeah, I understand. Over the years, I've noticed the Rivals roster/depth chart has mostly NOT been up-to-date, so I was just throwing out what roster released by UK was saying. I'm not an insider by any means, so I was just adding information from what is usually a more reliable source.

Listed as a DB on this site above, click "Football" link then "Roster."
Yeah but that hasn't come out anywhere else that I'm aware of. I have a feeling it's a mistake. After all I don't see CRod on the roster.

Drennan needs to find a spot and climb a depth chart...this appears like we're trying to find a spot with no depth and hope his athleticism will get him on the field. Besides...his body type isn't a CB...it could be a safety...but he in no way looks like a fluid enough athlete to play CB.

Reports from today's open practice are that Drennen is indeed still in fact a RB on offense

But his performance he might as well try DB. probably 5th string at this point.
