Was talking to a club member this weekend who's a UL season ticket holder. Has 4 seats that are centrally located on the rail in upper arena. Good seats. He gave < $700 for the set. Says he sales the UK game each year, pays for the entire season, and usually has a little beer money left over?

Is it just me, or is that ridiculously low? I wonder what the ACC average is?

1st row on the upper level, and $700 for 4? That doesn't sound right.
I took a quick glance because I was curious. There is no way. In 2021-22, they had an option called "Card Pass" that was $325/ticket that gave you seats in the arena, but those seats change based on what's available each game. That option would be $1300 for 4 seats.

The year Petrino quit on them I bought 2 seats in the Brown & Williamson club for 100 bucks. He thru in the parking pass too. Lol. What a beat down.

I didn't research prices at all; just passed along what the dude told me. I was incredulous but he quoted six hundred and some odd dollars for 4 tix, on the rail. Maybe they weren't sideline?

I believe he told you that, I just don't believe that figure is accurate.

Even back in 2018 (the most recent prices I could find), the cheapest regular seat was $413.

UL has a shitton of cheap ass ticket options, I believe that amount completely. They sling dirt cheap tix to university employees, JCPS employees, city/County workers, police/fire utility employees. Then local big businesses buy & give out ticket deals, UPS, Ford, GE, Humana. All these deals are not gonna be listed on public access website.

Their reality is they have an overbuilt over expanded cavernous stadium that might get 50% actual in person ticket scanned attendance when it isn't Notre Dame, Kentucky, Clemson. They do whatever they can to get warm bodies in to buy beer and seltzer.

The payments for the excessive expansions are a big drain on that school. It is a monument to the hubris of Jurich trying to build more seats than UK, a monument to the sleezy corruption of Ramsey who pocketed payouts to funnel construction work to cronies.
