I was thinking that the other day. Very intelligent, knows the game, good delivery... an up and comer.

He is pretty knowledgable. Never makes a dumb comment, understands the rules (its amazing how many announcers don't understand certain rules or just blatantly ignore what the ref called on the floor and spew what they think happened) and seems to like UK.

He was controversial around here, but I really liked Jimmy Dykes. Yeah some of his stuff was corny like "Jimmy's Jet" and his sayings like "guard your yard" and "drive the nail" but the guy clearly loved Cal, UK, and actually knew what he was talking about. Plus him and Nessler had great chemistry, I miss those days because it reminds me of the John Wall team and Anthony Davis team pounding people on Super Tuesday
