Most of last season and the 1ST 4 weeks of this season I read lots of people complaining about Zach Yenser and how he needed to be fired because the O Line was disappointing and seemed to be regressing.
Yet our Recievers have been horrid this season and haven't seen a single post about getting rid of Woodward.
Just curious as to why BBN gives him a free pass when Brown and Key can't catch a cold this year and Tayvion has all but disappeared.....sure seems the receiver corps has regressed far more than the OLine did.
Is it because Yenser is ginger?? 🤔🤔🤔😊😊🤣🤣🤣🤣

Yenser and the O-line were great today!!

Just beat Fla 33-14, is this the best time to suggest firing one of our assistant coaches? Faaar Woodward?!?!?!?!

Give us a break.....
No no no...not suggesting firing anyone. I simply asked why the bloodlust for Yenser hasn't been applied to Woodward when his group is underperforming just as badly if not worse

Well, complimenting someone by suggesting we should skewer somebody else doesn't really help. We can give Yenser a lot of credit (I do and I have been positive toward him and that position group) without having to tear somebody else down. Leary and the receivers did not play well today - but we won an extraordinarily big game and it didn't hurt us - give those guys a chance to get it sorted! Hell, we are going on the road against the #1 team in the nation next week......let's circle the wagons before we create a circular firing squad

Woodward can’t catch the ball and concentrate for them. Key and Brown were pretty good last year but I think their success may have gone to their heads a bit. They need to spend some extra time after practice and on Sundays catching some balls.

Seems Coen thought Brown was the only receiver we have......I'd have targeted Tayvion Robinson far more than Brown, Tayvion runs better routes and has better hands...far more dependable. Rarely targeted Key and I guess our tight ends are merely O linemen. I just didn't understand Coen and Leary today

This is not true.
The QB decides who to throw the ball to, not the OC.

As far as Woodard goes, he is the one that recruited these guys here. They caught the ball last year when he was coach. Let’s put the blame where it belongs. DK and BB have not progressed as they should have. That is on them.
My suggestion to cure the drops:
You drop a ball, run straight to the sideline and we MAY put you back in a little later!
Give Dekel, and others their shot.

We just didn't have that many pass plays. Why try to force it to TEs when Ray Davis is personally introducing Gators defenders to the turf?

We were gutting them on the ground so I think he just understandably went with our strength. He used his TEs quite a bit back in ‘21 so maybe we’ll start seeing the more in the future. And no doubt, Robinson by far has the best hands and runs better routes; maybe just trying to get the other guys more confidence but eventually you have to play to your strengths,

Levis was up and down early w/Coen in 2021 (I think he threw for less than 100 yards vs. UF in a win)....but it is a work in progress and I know Coen can iron the passing game....and Levis was a monster down the stretch of 2021.

We will need to throw as the schedule unfolds....I think it will fix itself as we know Leary can play, Key and Tayvion are talented WR and Brown is a big play guy (but I do agree that you can't throw him a ton as he has poor hands).

Are you some kind of ginger sympathizer? I've seen you radicals before.

Woody is great. He can't catch the ball for them anymore than yenser can remember the snap count for the ol. Both are the most basic functions of the position that are the key focus from grade school up.

However.....he and coen need to have some real accountability discussions with Dane and brown. Those two, especially brown, are coddled way too much. Neither can catch the ball, nor be bothered to block. Plus brown asks out every time he gets a target, like he can't run two routes in a row.

Yes they're good but they're both miles behind ray Davis. I actually think one of them should lose their starting position for a game to send a message. Constant drops aren't ok and will eventually cost us a game

The receivers and lack of a serviceable backup running back are the weak spots of this team. The receivers have been terrible.
