can anyone give me info on getting tix at Vandy. Are there usually alot of tix available and what do you think the price range will be.

Use Google search and type in - Vanderbilt Basketball Tickets. You will find multiple ticket sites to see what the available tickets are going for. Go Cats!
Wanted to pass this info on from Vanderbilt:
"Only Vanderbilt Printed Tickets Will Be Accepted at Saturday's Game
This Saturday's men's basketball vs. Kentucky is sold out. All tickets have been distributed as printed tickets on Vanderbilt official commemorative stock or on thermal ticket office stock printed in the main McGugin Ticket Office. No tickets have been distributed via print-at-home tickets or via digital downloads that can be accessed via a mobile device. Therefore no printed paper tickets or digital download tickets will be permitted into the game.
Counterfeit and duplicate tickets continue to be the biggest customer service issue for sellout games at Vanderbilt. Be wary of any tickets purchased off of a secondary ticket site or off campus that offer instant downloads. No tickets will be allowed into Vanderbilt's Memorial Gymnasium that are not printed on original Vanderbilt ticket stock. . . ."

I know at the SEC Tournament that ticket scalping is legal in Nashville. The people selling the tickets have to have some kind of license. I like it better that way you don't have to look over your shoulder unless you are trying to sell tickets yourself!
Now, to be fair, do you want opposing fans in your gym. It was a douchebag move for sure to just walk away, but there are a variety of posts on VS saying people would rather their seats be empty than make money off UK fans. So, it's not entirely ridiculous.
It doesn't matter just like the South Carolina game there was alot of Blue in the gym that Saturday. It will be the same at Vandy and in the past there has always been a good following from Kentucky at Nashville. There will be alot of Blue and Kentucky Fans at Vandy.
If you want to get in go to Vivid at get a ticket. Right now they are doing will call.
Well who in the hell did he think was buying them? Doubt VU fans are in mass buying up tickets to see our famed Cats!
Be very careful where you get your tickets. At the football game this year, we bought authentic tickets, but they were already scanned. The guys went into the game, passed the tickets back out to a buddy outside the gate and sold them. They got about 30 UK fans. I hate that place.
