Wanted to go to the game tonight...anyone know where the legit scalpers hangout and I could get a good chance of getting a lower arena seat for tonight's game. Also what would I expect to pay for a ticket

About 14 or so years ago, I came up for a game from Atlanta.
My uncle and I split up to find 1 extra ticket. Well, we both found one at the exact same time so we had 1 extra. I went to unload it at the price I bought it for -- 60 bucks-- I was like 14 years old.. and got detained and brought to the rupp jail and they confiscated my ticket... what a joke that was

I've scalped tickets to several UK games, they are all legit and several guys hang around the upper area right outside.
For pricing, I'd say lower level will run you about $150-$200/ticket. Might be able to get a little break if you wait close to or after tip. Decent uppers will go for around $75-$100.

Wait until game starts, then buy. If you don't mind missing first 5 minutes, but I've been doing this for years for the UofL/UK game. $250 become $50.
Look for the guy in a sports jersey with a sign that says "Needs tickets". That dude has tickets.

If you do not mind upper level, you might try the Committee of 101 desk, just across from the top of the escalators, and the turnstiles. Sometimes they have some tickets, that belong to members, and they only sell them at face value. You will have to be there 2 hours before game time.
When you approach them, do not make direct eye contact.
Stand to their right side while facing north and say, "there will be mist in the morning."
He will reply, "the fat man walks alone."
At that point you may begin negotiations because he is in fact a "ticket adviser."
