Gosh that has to be how the team feels right now. The word for today from the fan base is FRUSTRATION!!! Look at all the posts. Our Offensive coordinator,our quarterback,our defensive line,our receivers,the refs, our coach,or Matt Elam was the cause for losing this game. Yes it was there for the taking,but it didn't happen. I am calling for our fan base to GET OVER IT!!!!! The same message I would give to the team this morning. Look at the stats...they are as even as you will ever see in a football game. As well as Florida played or didn't play we were even with them. Why is this?? Previous Kentucky teams would have laid down and got beat by 30. I saw a Football game last night that was played at a HIGH level of competition by both sides. There are no PERFECT Football games. You have to LOVE the ENERGY we demonstrated last night. Sometimes you have to give the other team credit. They were just a little bit better. We Frustrated them as well. Now is not time to start dividing this team up by saying we need to do this or do that. Like I would tell the team if I was the coach. Fellas we were that close.......Keep you heads up!! Lets go lace them up and complete what we failed to complete last night. I would say the same thing for our fan base as well.
