Im old enough to remember when ul fans thought recruiting the state of KY was a loser because they could wayyyy better talent in GA and FL.Did I see somewhere that UL hired a well known ky coach as an assistant? Sounds like they're making moves to at least attempt better in state recruiting

At this point, they are living out the intermediate era of the fiascos that ended their run.The article mentions them recruiting kids in the class 2023 and 2024. A lot of UL fans are going to be disappointed if App Satt is still their coach a year or two from now.

They do not have the money to throw at multi-million dollar buyouts, and one might be needed in basketball, sooner than in football.
Hence, their AD’s hands are tied for the time being.
