This is going to get interesting before too long:

The original deadline was Wednesday, Jan. 7. However, UNC now has until Jan. 12 to submit its response to the scathing letter sent by the SACS.

It's the second time that SACS has sent a warning letter to the school.

The agency says UNC was not diligent in providing information about the academic scandal, and that two UNC employees withheld information about the fraud.

SACS reviewed the Wainstein report and notified UNC in November of 18 accreditation standards which the university may have violated. The most damaging was a lack of "institutional integrity."

I wonder if Boxill will have any input in this report like she did one of the previous ones?

Well, its almost Friday, so can't we all just look the other way and act like nothing to see here?

Why am I not surprised UNC thinks they can play four-corners and run out the clock on the SACS, the NCAA, the national media, and any other agency or entity interested in holding them accountable for decades of athletic department cheating? So far, cheating and dishonesty pays. Why would they stop.
