He never saw it coming. He was intervening trying to deescalate a situation where some USClite students were talking nasty to some older UK fans. Next thing he knew he was on the ground trying to get up and jaw in pain. He was talking on the KSR show but can't eat. Last I heard.

Over the years I have sat during games next to Georgia fans, Miss state fans , Bama fans, and Missouri fans this year. The one year I sat in front of an SC fan, he was absolutely the worst! Kept crowing like a rooster every first down. I am sure that is not indicative of their whole fan base but man he was an idiot!

Are we 100% sure it was a sucker punch? I haven’t heard the other side of the story. Also, have a hard time believing Lemond was absolutely innocent at midnight on the streets of Columbia jawing at college kids.

He got a little perturbed a couple of days ago when a caller suggested that there could possibly be more to the story than he has revealed and questioned him, as to if that is the reason he has been hesitant to pursue his attacker. Unprovoked attacks are extremely danger as the victim can't prepare themselves.
