Could Ryan Day be a dark horse in UK’s coaching search? I think UK should swing for the fences with their next hire and honestly I wouldn’t mind for it to be Day. He’s a proven coach and can recruit, thoughts?

Mental why? Because Kentucky can obviously give coaches a decent salary… they gave Mark $9mil per year. I’m sure a lot of coaches would come to UK for that kind of money.

After today I’m not sure he will be Ohio States HC next year. The people up here are ready to put for sale signs in his yard may already have.
He won’t have nearly the budget and resources Ohio st has for one, and if he is fired I imagine a bigger school than Uk would want him

I’d say they’ve been turned down by quite a few, maybe including Day. I can’t imagine Stoops was their first choice.
