Rajon Rondo: 2nd player w/ triple-double this season (Victor Oladipo); Rondo's 16 triple-doubles in last five seasons are most in NBA

and he's averaged about 50 games a year the last 5. a unique player, but a very impressive stat.

Talent has never been the issue. Rondo's failures are a result of him being a poor teammate, and a head case to coach. Hopefully he will grow up a little.

Or he could have a coach that could work around his faults or cause his faults to be a non-factor. OR could cause him to take better stock of himself and come to a crossroads to where he makes the changes... Take a look at Boogie. Cal and I do mean Cal did alright by him. (Boogie never was labeled fairly. I want to make that perfectly clear. He may have had some issues but he's never been the thug many called him, to include posters on this site.) Not all called "coach" are truly coaches.

It's not the land, it's the man. (That's not just a slogan or cliche'. It is, how it is.) Be Good...

I'm upset with Rondo. I played him twice last week in fanduel and he was average at best. I don't play him last night and he goes off for a triple-double.

Rondo has 33 career triple doubles now.

10 of those came in the playoffs.

The only active players with more triple doubles is LeBron. Rondo stands 6'1". He's two regular season triple doubles away from catching Clyde Drexler and five away from catching Michael Jordan. Considering those guys had careers that spanned well into their 30s, I'd say Rondo is a shoe-in for passing them both.

He's probably the most underappreciated player we ever had come through Lexington. His NBA achievements have been remarkable.

I don't subscribe to the NBA package but get all the Kings and Warrior games on basic local cable, fun year watching them both for different reasons so far. Warriors are basketball porn Steph has now passed Bron as the best player on the planet I think, and get Cuz Rondo WCS watching Kings.
