Currently we are ranked #23 in Rivals. 22 total recruits with 4 four star commitments. North Carolina is ranked #16. They have 23 total commitments with 7 four star commitments. Both teams have the same number of three star commits. If Daniels, Bonner, and Gilliam were 5.8 instead of 5.7 (which they all should be) then we now have 7 four star recruits and become tied with NC at #16 in the country.
Point is, there is very little difference in the 15 thru 30 team rankings. When it's all said and done as long as we can stay in the top 30 consistently each year we will have the quality athletes it takes to build a program.
But also to put things in perspective of how hard it is to compete and win in the SEC, even though we are #23 in the country in team rankings that still is only good enough for 9th place in the current SEC rankings. NFL Jr.
