Chicago Bears legendary linebacker and Hall of Famer Dick Butkus has died at the age of 80. Butkus was one of the most feared defenders in football.

Saw him on an old Rockford Files episode just last week. RIP Mr. Butkus!
Him and Jim Brown the same year. Best 2 at their position bar none. Best 2 period.
Watching his highlights it seems like they rewrote the rule book because of him. The way he would headhunt, spin QBs around and throw them to the ground like a rag doll. He would twist players heads around when he grabbed them. He really did play like he was trying to hurt people. Definitely one of the greatest defensive players ever.
