I would say that Louisville will be 11-1 coming into Rupp Arena on December 29th with the lone loss to Indiana. I would say their conference record will be 8-10 going into the conference tournament if they decide to participate.. Would a 19-12 record get them in the Big Dance ? The current investigation will likely take months and may not have any effect on the 2018 NCAA Tournament.

Peace.

Without looking at their schedule I think there's a good chance they aren't 11-1 coming into that game.

They are losing guys left and right now

I predict it will be painful on the road for them. What with Hookers, squirting, FBI charges, no AD, no Coach it is going to be brutal. Can you imagine what the ACC schools are going to be chanting?

I am curious if any other young men from this year's incoming class such as Malik Williams will seek an immediate release once the new coach has been named. Who wants to play for an interim coach?

From what I have seen, Williams in a talented young man and would be furiously recruited by just about every one if he receives a release. Perry would be another one.

UofL has top 10 talent
VJ King and Adele will get some play in the NBA
Snider will play overseas if he wants

Their front court is seviceable
Some of the new players are supposed to be pretty good.

I am sure they will be top 25 this year, could even be a top 10 team if they get some good coaching, like Scotty Davenport

Its too late in the year for these guys to transfer out, unless they want to sit out and wait til next semester to transfer.

UofL would be best off if they self impose a post season ban this year again

If Pitino is Coach 2 there is no way UL plays in any tournament this year, probably not next.

You know how slow the NCAA works? They will absolutely be able to play in the postseason this year if they want to. Is it the smart thing to do? Absolutely not

I hope they don't play in postseason, but really doesn't matter to me though cause I will not watch a game this year.

You mean if they aren't booted from the ACC and exiled back to C-USA?

I see no chance they play in the NCAA tournament. The school is not being run by the misfits anymore. They will withhold themselves from the tournament to get a jump on the impending NCAA sanctions. Then I'm guessing there will be a mass transfer of players after the season and possibly sitting out the entire following season. I would say the ACC will consider voting them out at that point which would have long term effects on all their programs. This is some deep sh*t they've got themself into.

1) If UL is smart they self-impose AGAIN.
2) I look for several UL players to leave after the semester.
