Refs screw the Dolphins

On a 2nd down spot. Dropped the spot a yard short of where the receiver came down. Phins got 1.5 yards on 3rd down, would've been a 1st down if the spot was correct.

Receiver doesn't touch the ground until after he rolls over the top of the defender. Ball is right at 1 yard short of the marker when WR lands on his back.
