1) Vandy - because there Vandy

2)Florida - We have them at home, they have a new coach, there playmakers at QB and W/R are suspect.

3)South Carolina - Spurrier seems a step slow. QB and W/R positions are suspect.

4)Missouri - Home game and they lose two great pass rushers and and some impact wide receivers.

5)MSU - They lost a lot of experienced starters but it's at Starkville.

6)TN- UT has recruited some great players and most of the starters and playmakers return.

7)Auburn - Auburn should be a top 10 team in 2015. Should I say more?

8)UGA - Best team in the SEC in 2015.

Those are my thoughts. Would be interested in hearing others opinions.

I would switch Tennessee and Auburn, but agree with the rest.

I see what you did there. I wouldnt put USC so high, since we haven't won a road game in eons it seems, and Williams Brice has recently been a very tough place to get a win....Ask Dawg and the Banners that post over here, as even some of their better teams have came out of there with losses.

If our defense can put together a decent opposition at slowing down the run I think our best chance at a road victory will be down here in Starkville. But if we can't slow down the run, Prescott will be a load again.

If we want to end this ridiculous streak against Florida any time soon, next year's game at CWS is about the best chance we'll get after they exercised Muschump. It's not very often I feel UK has an advantage in coaching and with MC there I felt that way. Beginning to wonder if I will ever see this demon exercised, especially after squandering this year's matchup and not taking advantage of the OT game.

Until we prove we can reliably move the football on offense I wouldn't even hazard a guess at that list. Stopping the run was a "tiny issue" last year as well on defense.

I agree with 1, Vandy was a mess last year and I don't know if the coach can straighten it out. But from there it gets a little more difficult to predict. UK had UF beat last year, but UF got better as the season went along, their running game is no joke and Harris is a huge threat running it too, I am not sure if UF should be there or MSU. Unlike last year when MSU was returning about 20 starters, this year they are returning 3-4 and I think they drop off quite a bit. SC is always tough at WB, but how much better will they be this year? Missouri could be anyone of the last 4 spots, They have their RS program working like clockwork, they lost DE in 13 one led the SEC in sacks, they replaced them and if anything improved. AU, their qb will be a better passer, but not near the runner Marshall was. I don't think Muschamp is the defensive genius many people do and without the threat of a running qb how good will they be. UT will be very good, return a bunch of starters, but contain Dobb's running and you can control their offense, and they probably have the best set of receivers in the conference. UGA should be very good offensively, we return 8 starters, 4 on the OL, if our qb isn't a turnover machine our offense will be as good as any in the conference. Defensively we return 6 starters, should be better but have to improve against the run. But I am anxious to see our new qb play, whoever it is

I'll wait until he get the 2015 Phil Steele's before I rank these games but on the surface I know MSU loses by far the most off of last years teams and since we play Auburn on the previous Thursday, we will have an extra couple of days to prepare for the Bulldogs. I would rank this game right under Vandy as the most probable win for Kentucky.

Other than that we catch the Vols at CMS the week after they play their hated Rival Bama - there could be a chance to come away with a win in let down situation there.

Florida under a new staff is definitely a possibility, we proved we can play with them last year.

A lot of people are writing off the Georgia game but it's a sandwich game for the Bulldogs coming off of their annual rival game against Florida with another huge rival game the following week against Auburn. Kentucky could pull the upset here.

The SEC schedule really works out nicely for us next year. Definitely some very winnable games, especially with Florida and Mizzou at Commonwealth. I think we will need to beat Vandy in Nahville to make it to a bowl game, but that is a conference road game that I'm actually confident we will win. I would flip the order of USC and Mizzou, but otherwise I agree with OP's list.

IMO FWIW

Vandy
MO
FL
USCjr
MSU
Auburn, at home after a bye (spelling?) week
UT, follows the MSU game
UGA

I'd put Miss State at #3. Lost too much. I know it's in Starkville but that's not an intimidating venue. I know the cow bells are loud but loud isn't the only thing making a stadium intimidating. It's nothing like playing in Knoxville or Gainsville or something.

I'd also switch Missouri and South Carolina since Missouri is in Commonwealth. And South Carolina is actually a tough place to play.
