My wife and I drove up to the game tonight.

Ate at Pazzo's, a very nice place with great food. The pizza was good, the wings were off the hook.

During warmups my wife looks down at the court and says, "Are those Vandy's cheerleaders?" I reply, "No, those are the players." She says, "Well those warmups look rather gay."

Then there was Matt Jones during the postgame saying "Willie and the twins" not once, not twice, but three times. I suspect he did it on purpose the last time. Made the drive home much more interesting. I caught my wife, who appeared to be trying to sleep in the passenger seat, snickering.

The crowd was okay but it felt like we were waiting for the game to break open and it just never did. We tried to get the energy going for the players when they needed it. The Booker to Aaron in the corner three brought the house down.

Heh, Willie and the twins. Matt won't catch onto that one.

When Ulis put us up 12 we should have blown them away. Credit Vandy for taking advantage of our stupid plays following Ulis's FTs.

It seemed every time we had a chance to extend our margin, we would do something silly.
