So several big things converging at once....

Darin Hinshaw and Vince Marrow are visiting Central Gwinnett at 1 p.m. ....

Williams never gave me a set timetable for making a decision but quickly followed that up with he can't wait 'til Thursday (when they come) ....

Georgia offers Williams a scholarship in the interim. This actually lends credence to the theory that UK may have been able to get Williams back quickly, because UGA may have sensed something. If Williams were to recommit I would imagine he would be shutting it down, so I'm not sure the timing of their offer is insignificant ....

I spoke with Williams' father last summer at one of the two UK camps I saw them at and when I asked about Georgia, to my recollection, he said that the family was favorable towards UGA but that Jarren wasn't like a superfan or anything. ....

Still, my initial assumption would be that this is a major offer. This is meant to be a thread and not one update because I am going to do some research on UGA and the significance of that offer.

Doyle is visiting on Friday and I believe the trip serves multiple purposes. The primary purpose is that Hinshaw really seems to like Doyle. Not only Doyle but the strong likelihood that if UK landed Doyle, he's probably confident Doyle would shut it down. The visit could also be leverage in the Williams recruitment, although in reality I don't know that they would ever say they don't have room.

It is interesting that UK still has not offered Chase Wolf. That leads me to believe that it could be that Doyle's above him in the pecking order....
