The point is conference supremacy is (should be) always as important to you as Wildcat supremacy.

Just like the B12, conference is family.
Conference bragging rights are always vitally important.

On a side note, I could care less about the SEC. Why would I cheer for teams we compete with on a weekly basis? I never understood "cheering for your conference". Makes it look like your team sucks but you play in a good conference.
