Poy was aggressive today....

His best game of the year thus far. Toward the end of the first half he was calling for the ball and unstoppable without fouling him. If he plays like that consistently he could really improve his NBA stock.

His first step was quick, decisive and with a purpose. Best he's looked all year. Hope we can see him play like this for a few games in a row as usually his good/great games are followed by some of his worst.

He should have been fed way more today but it looked like Murray had more interest in 'getting his' than feeding the beast...

He's playing very confident, and that's great. If he can harness that, he'll be a hugely important part of this team. Hopefully he can play 21 feet of suck every game, haha.

I'd still say EKU was his best game. 21 and 13 on 9/12 shooting. This was a good one too though. He's been much better the last few games.

I noticed last week was the best he looked as far as explosiveness since the injury. He didn't play well last week, but who did.

I'm thinking he should start being more consistent now as well. Would be huge if he can give us a low post presence while we work on Skal.

The guards were aggressive at getting him the ball in the right spots, especially to start the second half, and he was aggressive and decisive in making moves that he should've been making throughout his entire playing career here.

We certainly need more of both.

It's like 3 games ago he just woke up and realized "I'm 6'8, 250 with single digit body fat and a 40" vertical. Nobody in college can guard me if I actually try on offense".

And so it was.

Poy was awesome, he needs to start every game. I think him coming off the bench was a mistake earlier in the season.
