Team Records and Series Notes

• Kentucky is now 21-10 overall, 10-8 in the Southeastern Conference.
• Missouri is 21-10 overall, 10-8 in league play
• Kentucky leads the series 16-3, including 5-3 in games played in Columbia.
• Mark Pope is 208-118 as head coach, including 21-10 at Kentucky.
• Next, the Wildcats head to Nashville for the SEC Tournament. Opponent and game time are to be determined. They will be no better than the No. 5 seed and no worse than the No. 7 and will play on Thursday

• The Wildcats now have eight wins over Associated Press Top-15 opponents this season, tying Indiana (1992-93) and Duke (1978-79) for the most wins against top 15 teams ever in a single season
• The Wildcats hand Missouri just their second loss at home all season. The Tigers entered the day 18-1 on their home court
• The Cats have scored at least 90 points a total of 12 times on the year and are 11-1 in such games

Player Notes

• Otega Oweh led UK with 22 points, 20 of which came in the second half
  • He now has 11 games this season with 20 or more points, five in his last seven
  • He entered the game averaging 9.8 points in second halves this season
  • Oweh is now just one point away from 1,000 for his college career
• Koby Brea finished with 17 points, shooting 6-of-9 and 3-of-5 from 3-point range
  • He becomes just the 14th player in school history with at least 80 made 3s in a single season
• Amari Williams scored 14 points and had eight rebounds
  • He now has 1,001 career rebounds
  • Williams was 10-of-12 from the foul line, a season-high in made free throws
• Andrew Carr scored 16 points and had a season-best 12 rebounds
  • It was his third double-double this season and first in SEC play
  • He also contributed three assists, two blocks and a steal
  • His three assists led the team, the first time this season he had paced the team in assists
• Collin Chandler was Kentucky’s leader off the bench with eight points
  • He has scored 19 points over UK’s last two games, had just 38 all season prior to that

In the First Half

• Kentucky’s starters were Lamont Butler, Koby Brea, Otega Oweh, Andrew Carr and Amari Williams for the third-consecutive game
• First substitutions were Collin Chandler and Brandon Garrison at 16:16
• UK trailed 11-4 before an 11-0 run put the Wildcats ahead, 15-11
• Kentucky’s first four made field goals were all from beyond the 3-point arc. The Cats first made two-pointer was a dunk by Oweh with 8:43 left in the first half
• Kentucky ended the first half with a 38-29 advantage
  • UK is now 18-1 on the year when leading at the half
• Kentucky started 4-of-15 in the first half, before making 9 of its next 14 shots prior to the intermission
• Koby Brea led the Cats with 11 first half points on 4-of-5 shooting
• Mizzou shot 11-31 (35.5%) from the floor in the first half. It was the lowest first half field goal percentage by a UK opponent since Tennessee shot 34.6 percent on Feb. 11

In the Second Half

• Kentucky began the second half with the starters.
• Kentucky led by as many as 16 (62-46) with 11:41 to go
• Missouri cut the lead to single digits for the first time in the second half with 8:28 remaining
• A 10-0 Missouri run brought them to within five at 66-61 with 6:18 on the clock
• Kentucky again led by five at 72-67 with 4:04 remaining, and would allow the Tigers to get no closer the rest of the way
