* Impressive performance by the Cats today in spanking a pretty good Vandy team. An all around good team game by the Cats. Last two games much more aggressive on both ends of the floor which puts pressure on the other team whether they have the ball or are defending the ball.
* Ulis is almost always in complete control of what he is trying to do. Couple that with 9-13 from the field - really good.
* Alex saw that Kornet did not have the foot speed or strength and actually displayed some offensive skills today that we haven't seen much of. Lee with a decent 6pts and 5 rebounds. Skal - didn't get much opportunity today.
* Murray is Murray ... big time basketball player that will just keep getting better. Also had 7 rebounds today. Briscoe - very competitive and physical - had 4 rebounds as well. Matthews gave us some decent minutes with 2 rebounds.
* Willis makes the Cats an entirely different team to defend. As noted after the Arkansas game he opens up driving lanes and rebounding lanes ... and one of these games he is going to knock down about 4 or 5 3's. He is surprisingly quick to the ball in rebounding with his length.
* One last point .. Cats win by 19 and I didn't think they got a very good whistle the entire game. Vandy 20-25 on FT's vs. Cats 4-6. Lot of phantom or missed calls out there it seemed to me.
* Up Next: Mizzou travels to Rupp Arena on Wednesday night. Cats need to keep going on this positive progression ... one game at a time.
