Post counts don't mean much. But if you have a low post count, and people notice that you only show up to post when there's something to complain about or a pot to stir, then you're either a troll or just a negative whiner who we're better off to ignore.

This. Sadly what happens quite often is that new posters dont just join in contributing to conversations, offering their opinions. They will start their own thread & with the attitude of:

"OK STEP BACK, I'M GONNA SHOW YOU HOW IT IS DONE, HERE ARE MY TAKES ON SPORTS AND YA'D BETTER AGREE WITH THEM!!".

As expected, such an entrance aint gonna receive a greeting as if you are Stone Cold or the Rock rolling into the arena with your entrance music blaring. Newbies like that will get smacked down.
