This looks like a team built just for that! (Positions listed below are to discuss the versatility of the players. I suspect all the players will be listed as guards (Green, Alexander, Baker Diallo and maybe Johnson) or forwards.

Green (plays point and guards the 1)

Alexander (plays the 1 or 2 and guards the same)

Baker (plays the 2 and guards the 1 or 2)

[Diallo (plays the 2 but could slide to the 3, guards the 1, 2 or 3)]

[Johnson (plays the 2 or 3, guards the 2 or 3)]

Vanderbilt (plays the 3 or 4, guards the 2, 3, or 4)

Knox (plays the 3 or 4 but could play some 2, guards the 3 or 4)

Gabriel (plays the 4 but could slide over to the 3, guards the 3 or 4)

Washington (plays the 4 but could slide to the 3 or 5, defends the 3, 4, or 5)

Jones (plays the 4 but could play the 5, defends the 4 or 5)

[Bamba (plays the 4 but could slide to the 5, defends the 3, 4, or 5)]

Wynyard (plays the 5 but could slide to the 4, defends the 4 or 5)

Richards (plays the 5 but could slide to the 4, defends the 4 or 5)

Should be an interesting year!

Just for giggles I'd like to see this lineup a couple times when we are already up big numbers;

Alexander
Knox
Vanderbilt
Bamba
Richards

Largest lineup all time??

The only place Wynyard is sliding is a couple more spaces down towards the end of the bench.

You mean you think he and Jones are trading places, cause that is the only scholarship player that was further down the bench last year?

I've long dreamed of a starting five composed of five 6'9" players with length, ball handling skills, quickness and the ability to shoot. And yes, that would include the point guard. Magic, of course, set the standard there.

Ahhh, but that's a pipe dream....I think.
