Portal thoughts.

So. With the way the portal is now, does this add an extra dynamic for high school recruiting? Build relationships with 3-4 stars/fringe 5 stars, not expecting them to commit straight out of high school but go to a different program to get experience then ultimately end up at their preferred destination in the end? Thoughts on this?
