Players-only meetings - do they help any?

We got back to my truck after the game and Dick Gabriel was chatting with Jordan Wright on the post-game radio show. JW mentioned that they would be having a players only meeting to hold each other accountable.

If so, I hope something good comes out of it; but generally I don’t think these meetings really accomplish all that much. Your thoughts?

To me it was concerning to hear him mention that players weren't listening to coaches. That seemed to be the crux of the call for the meeting.
